I have been a Residential Mortgage Specialist for 18 years specializing in all Government loans (FHA, VA and USDA) along with standard Conventional loans and non-conventional loans (self-employed bank statement loans and loans for those with less than perfect credit). I am working with a 22 year family-owned and operated company as a broker wholesale lender that is highly specialized. On a personal note, I grew up in the city of Chicago and have been living in the Tampa Bay, FL area for the past 5 years, I have 3 children who I love spending time with, I also like fishing, art, running, sports and watching a good movie.
